Watsonville Medical Office Building

Bogard Construction worked with the hospital as builder/developer to design and complete individual build-to-suit spaces to meet the requirements of doctors to compliment the existing hospital services. These medical offices are conveniently connected to the Watsonville Community Hospital to provide access for doctors and patients to the hospital facilities.

Current tenants include Hospice care, Women's Health, Optometry, Dental Clinic space, and Watsonville Hospital doctors offices.
