UCSC Various Projects

Bogard Construction has worked with UCSC in various capacities since the 1960’s. Most recently, Bogard’s role has been as Owner’s Representative for the coordination of projects such as the Cogeneration Plant Replacement, Renovations to the Infill Apartments and Crown College Residences, as well as the Academic Programs Alternations and Laboratory projects at the Delaware campus. Previous projects, delivered as GC, include the original construction of the McHenry Library, Kresge College, Applied Sciences Building, Emergency Response Center and more.
