Santa Cruz County Children’s Crisis Center

Bogard Construction was selected to provide interior tenant improvements to the existing office building located at 5300 Soquel Ave. in Santa Cruz. The project includes the interior demolition and renovation of the existing 30,220 SF, two-story building to be occupied by a County operated mental health crisis treatment center for children and youths aged 17 and younger. The ground floor will have space for eight children or teens to receive care, with the second floor accommodating up to 16 children and teens for stays for up to 10 days, or potentially longer, in a “home-like” setting.
