About this project
Bogard’s team was selected as the CM-at-Risk (CMAR) for renovations to a former office building adjacent to the recently completed treatment facilities. Scope includes a complete building and site renovation to include Education Center, Multipurpose and Conference Room, Shop Space, Offices, and ancillary uses, along with exterior Tasting Station.
The EDOP Center will function in support of Soquel Creek Water District’s adjacent treatment facilities in connection to the groundwater replenishment and seawater intrusion prevention project.
