Water Infrastructure Built for Reliable Performance
Construction of an integrated non-potable water treatment and storage system for Pasatiempo Golf Club. The scope included a 500,000-gallon cast-in-place concrete storage tank and supporting mechanical systems for irrigation.
Challenge
The project required coordinating multiple water sources, treatment components, and distribution systems to ensure reliable irrigation while meeting performance and operational requirements. Sequencing and system integration needed to be carefully managed to ensure the facility operated as designed.
Approach
Bogard coordinated the construction of the tank, pump systems, filtration equipment, and supporting structures to ensure proper integration and operation. Close coordination with the design team and stakeholders supported efficient sequencing and accurate installation of civil and mechanical components.
Field supervision emphasized quality control, constructability, and system performance throughout the build.
Result
The completed facility provides reliable storage and delivery of non-potable water for irrigation, supporting long-term water management goals and consistent performance.
